Nathalie de Leval at St James Workshop

Call of the Wild Silver Acorn Whistle
Could you tell us about the work you will be showing during this year's E17 Art Trail?
I will be showing and selling a range of my hand made products. Falling leaves trivets, Foot Fox boot pulls, a yellow pocket table coffee table, and to order a silver cast acorn cup that is also a whistle. I will also be showing new range of candle holders.

How have you been preparing for this year's trail?
Working hard and clearing the workshop!

Could you tell us about what really inspires you?
Inspiration comes from all sorts of places, art, furniture, architecture, just looking around when on my bike. Working in a workshop with a group of amazingly talented makers and designers also really helps.

How does inhabiting a community like Walthamstow help your practice?
There is a feeling of community on our little industrial estate which is great to work in.

What are you most looking forward to during the E17 Art Trail this year?
Discovering all the creative talent that is just around the corner!
